We’re looking for someone to:

• Collaborate with the Leadership team to lead and inspire our dedicated team, fostering positive working relationships and providing effective mentorship.
• Help to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards through teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist the leadership team in upholding legal and statutory requirements, ensuring all operational activities align with regulatory standards.
• Take charge of day-to-day operations as delegated, ensuring smooth nursery functionality and support for the team.
• Work alongside the leadership team to establish nursery goals and monitor progress against targets, collaborating with the Twizzle Tops Senior Team.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain the highest standards of care and education.
• Support team members with individual needs of children, promoting inclusive and tailored learning experiences.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure the well-being of all.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years of experience working in an Early Years setting
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working in a Pre-School room
• Excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
• Knowledge and proven practical experience of implementing good quality learning opportunities and leading a team’s professional development.
• Knowledge of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/Inclusion and experience of supporting and leading a team.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality learning opportunities through team collaboration and best practice
