Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours)

The Role:

An Ofsted ‘Good’ rated early years setting that provides exceptional care and education to their children is looking for a Chef to join the team.

We’re looking for someone to:

• Prepare and cook all meals at the nursery
• Planning menus and ordering supplies
• Ensure all children’s dietary needs are being met with emphasis on allergens, intolerances and dietary needs
• Ensure high standards and compliance of hygiene and health and safety regulations
• Daily paperwork completed and signed off

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene
• Previous experience of working in a Nursery Kitchen
• Knowledge and proven practical experience of implementing dietary requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and enthusiastic approach work
• A commitment to providing high-quality nutrition
