About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Support Worker to join our team at Twizzle Tops Ipswich
You will provide focused, individualised support to a child requiring 1:1 assistance, ensuring they thrive in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Nursery Manager and Early Years team to ensure the highest standards of care and education
• Provide consistent, high-quality 1:1 support tailored to meet individual needs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Promote inclusion and help children reach their full potential through engaging, child-led learning opportunities
• Ensure all statutory, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements are met
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an Early Years setting
• Preferably hold at least a Level 2 Early Years qualification
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted statutory requirements
• Knowledge of child protection, SEN/Inclusion, and equal opportunities
• A proactive, nurturing, and flexible approach to supporting children
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
